Barring a massive upset the Conservatives will hold Prince George-Peace River after long-time MP Jay Hill retires on October 25th. So who will replace him?
There are three candidates running for the Conservative nomination (in alphabetical order):
Dan Davies - Second term Fort St. John city councillor and Canadian armed forces veteran. He has been active in the old Reform party and interesting took french immersion courses in 2005. http://dandavies.ca/
Don Irwin - Fort St. John city councillor and Christian school principal. Irwin is a past Conservative riding president and former member of the Reform Executive Council and the CA National Councils.
Bob Zimmer - For Conservative riding president who moved to the region from Abbotsford. Zimmer is a strong organizer with ties to the BC Conservatives. http://www.bobzimmer.ca/
