PMO Spy on Fantino's Campaign
Looks like Stephen Lecce is the designated PMO point person on the Fantino campaign. He is taking a leave of absence from PMO from today until December first. His only point of contact - his new @conservative.ca email address.
Lecce is originally from the Vaughan region - and his facebook profile features him and Fantino.
