Tuesday's Hill Times story on Guy Giorno being appointed the new Conservative Campaign Chair included a quote from Liberal MP Gerrard Kennedy. A Hill Who's Who reader heard Mr. Kennedy deliver that quote on his phone to the writer - while he was standing at the urinal attending to nature's call.
